HELP FUND OUR FIRST CLASS OF VOLUNTEERS!
by Africa Volunteer Corps
By donating, you are a vital part of our movement. Your funds become stipends to the Tanzanian volunteers, allowing them to devote a year of their lives to improving their corner of the world, while gaining valuable skills and experience to propel them forward. At the same time, locally-initiated development projects that are already providing vital services in their communities deepen their impact with the help of this energetic, capable workforce. Your $5, $50, $500 is empowerment, self-determination, strength, and a brighter future.
How we use your gift:
· $5 pays for a day of work for a volunteer
· $25 covers half a week of work at a local NGO
· $50 provides a week to 10 days of volunteering
· $200 supports a volunteer for an entire month
· $500 covers approximately 3 months of work for a volunteer
· $1,000 helps a volunteer for approximately 6 months
· $2,400 empowers a volunteer for an entire year
· $10,000 pays the stipends for half of our volunteers for a full year
